प्रैगनेंसी का अब तक का सफ़र आपने जाना और अब हम सिर्फ नौवेंं महीने की बात करेंगे। इस आखिरी महीने में महिला का वजन काफी बढ़ जाता है जिसके कारण काफी थका हुआ भी महसूस करती है क्योंकि बच्चे का वजन भी बढ़ जाता है। नौवें महीने के दौरान कुछ महिलाओं के मन में डिलीवरी को लेकर डर बना रहता है।
प्रेगनेंसी के नौवें महीने में क्या खाएं?
फाइबर युक्त खाना : हरी सब्जियां, फल, साबुत अनाज, ओट्स व दालें खाएं।
विटामिन-सी युक्त भोजन: शरीर में आयरन को अवशोषित करने के लिए विटामिन-सी से भरपूर खाना जरूरी है। नींबू, संतरा, स्ट्रॉबेरी व टमाटर खाएं।
कैल्शियम युक्त भोजन: गर्भावस्था में कैल्शियम युक्त भोजन खाना जरूरी है। इसके लिए आप डेयरी उत्पाद व दही आदि का सेवन कर सकती हैं।
आयरन युक्त भोजनः पालक, सेब, ब्रोकली व खजूर खाएं। अगर आप मांसाहारी हैं तो चिकन खा सकती हैं।

प्रेगनेंसी के नौवें महीने में क्या न खाएं?
प्रेगनेंसी में कॉफी, चाय, चॉकलेट,शराब क्योंकि इनमें कैफीन होता है, जो शिशु के लिए सुरक्षित नहीं होता। अगर आपको चाय या कॉफी की लत है, तो एक या दो कप चाय या कॉफी पी सकती हैं, लेकिन इस संबंध में डॉक्टर की राय लेना जरूरी है।
इसके साथ ही कच्चा मांस, अंडे व मछली जंक फूड सॉफ्ट चीज़ से परहेज करने की सलाह दी जाती है, इससे शिशु को संक्रमण का खतरा हो सकता है।
क्या करें?
- इस दौरान गुनगुने पानी से नहाने से आपको काफी अच्छा महसूस होगा। ध्यान दें कि पानी ज्यादा गर्म न हो।
- अपने परिवार वालों के साथ समय बिताएं और आने वाले मेहमान के बारे में कुछ दिलचस्प बातें करें।
- आप इस महीने अपने आने वाले बच्चे के लिए शॉपिंग कर सकती हैं। उसके लिए पालना ला सकती हैं, कपड़े ला सकती हैं। इसके अलावा, डाइपर आदि का प्रबंध पहले ही कर के रख लें।
- मनपसंद काम करें जिससे आपको खुशी महसूस हो। इसके लिए पॉजिटिव रहें, हैल्दी डाइट खाएं और म्यूजिक सुनें। प्रेगनेंट महिलाओं के लिए ब्रीदिंग ट्रिक्स सीखना बहुत ही जरूरी है।
- प्रसव के लिए अपना जरुरी सामान का बैग तैयार कर के रखें, इस बैग में टॉवल, पैड, dettol, बच्चे के लिए नए कपड़े को भी dettol से धो कर सुखा कर रखें और अपने लिए कपड़े और जरुरी टेस्ट रिपोर्ट और जच्चा-बच्चा कार्ड ताकि प्रसव पीड़ा शुरू होते ही आप बैग उठाकर अस्पताल तुरंत पहुंच सकें।

- हाथ-पैरों में सूजन आने पर।
- धुंधला दिखाई देने पर।
- पेट में बहुत तेज दर्द होने पर।
गर्भावस्था के नौवें महीने में स्कैन और परीक्षण
गर्भावस्था के नौवें महीने में डॉक्टर हर सप्ताह जांच के लिए बुला सकता है। जानिए, नौवें महीने के दौरान क्या-क्या जांच होती हैं :
- गर्भवती का वजन चेक किया जाएगा।
- ब्लड प्रेशर की जांच की जाएगी।
- शुगर और प्रोटीन का स्तर जांचने के लिए यूरिन टेस्ट किया जाएगा।
- शिशु का आकार और स्थिति जांची जाएगी।
