रुट कैनाल ट्रीटमेंट क्या होता है, और इसमें कितना खर्चा आता है? आसान भाषा में समझिये

रुट कैनाल ट्रीटमेंट(RCT) क्या होता है? What is Root Canal Treatment?

पिछले कुछ वर्षों में दंत चिकित्सा एक लंबा सफर तय कर चुकी है। सड़े हुए दांतों को निकालने के बजाय उन्हें बचाना अब बहुत आसान हो गया है। रूट कैनाल उपचार रोगग्रस्त, संक्रमित या सड़े हुए दांतों को बचाने का एक प्रभावी तरीका है जो दांत अन्यथा निकाल दिए जाते थे|

रूट कैनाल उपचार में, दांत के अंदर के गूदे (तंत्रिका) को हटा दिया जाता है और एक अक्रिय पदार्थ से बदल दिया जाता है। दांत का भीतरी भाग (आमतौर पर गूदा) अगर सड़ गया है तो उसे निकलना चाहिए। इससे मरीज को काफी दर्द हो सकता है। आस-पास के दांतों को हिलने से रोकने के लिए हटाए गए दांतों के स्थान पर एक कृत्रिम दांत भी डालने की आवश्यकता हो सकती है।

प्रत्येक दांत में आमतौर पर एक या एक से अधिक रूट कैनाल शामिल होते हैं और प्रत्येक कैनाल में एक लुगदी कक्ष, रक्त वाहिकाएं, तंत्रिकाएं और संयोजी ऊतक होते हैं। क्षय के कारण इस क्षेत्र में जमा होने वाले बैक्टीरिया गंभीर दर्द का कारण बनते हैं लेकिन निष्कर्षण के बजाय रूट कैनाल उपचार का उपयोग करके आसानी से इलाज किया जा सकता है। अलग-अलग मामलों के आधार पर कृत्रिम दांतों को प्रत्यारोपित किया जा सकता है। एक किस्म का नकली दाँत निकल सकने वाला होता है, दूसरे किस्म के नकली दाँत जो फिक्स कर दिया जाता है।

क्या है रूट कैनाल पद्धति ? Root Canal Procedure

सड़े हुए दांत का ऊपरी हिस्सा, जिसे क्राउन कहा जाता है, क्राउन से ड्रिल करके कैनाल को खोला जाता है। इसके बाद पूरी कैनाल को हाइड्रोक्लोरिक एसिड और सोडियम हाइपोक्लोराइट से साफ किया जाता है। इसके बाद, इसे गुट्टा-पर्च फिलर से भर दिया जाता है और सिल्वर फिलिंग या टूथ कलर फिलिंग से सील कर दिया जाता है। दांत को मजबूती प्रदान करने के लिए रूट कैनाल ट्रीटमेंट के बाद क्राउन ट्रीटमेंट जरूरी है। क्राउन लगाने में विफल रहने पर दांत टूट सकता है।

कितना समय लगता है और कितना खर्चा होता है

प्रारंभिक अवस्था में इलाज कराने पर एक अथवा दो सिटिंग में ही इलाज पूरा किया जा सकता है। पहली सिटिंग में ट्रीटमेंट टाइम 30-40 मिनट तक हो सकता है। अगर मरीज की लापरवाह से संक्रमण अधिक हो जाए तो 4 से 5 सिटिंग लग सकती हैं। इसमें खर्च पूर्ण रूप से अलग-अलग कारणों पर निर्भर करता है।  यह अधिकतर मटेरियल और टेक्निकल कारण होते हैं |

  • डेंटिस्ट मटेरियल कौनसा इस्तेमाल कर रहा है फाइल कौन सी यूज़ कर रहा है
  • डेंटिस्ट रोटेटिंग इंस्ट्रूमेंट यूज़ कर रहा है, या नॉर्मल इंस्ट्रूमेंट्स यूज़ कर रहा है। क्योंकि आधुनिक रोटेटिंग इंस्ट्रूमेंट की कॉस्ट ज्यादा आती है और ज़ाहिर सी बात है वो कॉस्ट आप से ही वसूलता है।
  • इन्फेक्शन कितना है, यानी अगर इन्फेक्शन कम है तो कम कॉस्ट आती है, और अगर इन्फेक्शन लापरवाही के कारण ज्यादा नीचे तक फैल चुका है तो काम में समय लगता है और कई सिटिंग लगती हैं ।
  • अगर आगे का दांत है तो उसमें खर्चा कम आता है क्योंकि अधिकतर एक ही रूट होती है और सीधी होती है। परन्तु अगर पीछे का दन्त  है, तो उसमें रूट(जड़ें) ज्यादा होती है और मेहनत ज्यादा लगती है इसलिए खर्च ज़्यादा होता।

आप जब रूट कैनाल RCT  कराने डॉक्टर के पास जाते हैं तो आप उससे बात कीजिये कि मैं अपना उपचार इतने टाइम में करना चाहता हूँ तो वो प्रोसीज़र आपको उसी के हिसाब से बताएगा। उसी के हिसाब से कॉस्ट ट्रीटमेंट प्लैन आपका डिसाइड करेगा। अर्थातआप  उसे बता दीजिये की मुझे कहीं जाना है तो मुझे जल्दी से जल्दी रूट केनाल करवाना है तो वो जल्दी से जल्दी करने का तरीका आपको बताएगा जो थोड़ा मंहगा होगा और अगर आप कहेंगे की आपके पास मनी प्रॉब्लम है लेकिन टाइम की कोई कमी नहीं है तो आपको उस हिसाब से RCT उपचार बताएगा।
